By designing each project around the evidence verification requires, before delivery begins. Learnership agreements are registered, enrolment documents certified, attendance and stipend records captured as they occur, and reporting maintained on a fixed cycle — so verifiers receive existing records rather than reconstructed ones. We do not guarantee scorecard outcomes; no credible provider can. What we manage is a frequent point of failure: incomplete or inconsistent documentation of legitimate programmes.
The core evidence pack includes registered learnership agreements for every learner, certified identity and qualification documents, signed host and employer contracts, attendance and progress records maintained throughout the programme, stipend payment records that reconcile to bank statements, and completion or certification evidence at the end. Funders and verifiers may request additional items, which is why records are best captured during the project rather than assembled afterwards.
A learnership is a structured programme registered with a SETA that combines workplace experience with training toward an NQF-registered qualification, typically over 12 months. A YES (Youth Employment Service) placement is a 12-month quality work experience under the YES initiative, focused on employment exposure rather than a formal qualification, with its own registration and evidence requirements and potential B-BBEE recognition for participating companies. Which is appropriate depends on the sponsor's objectives, budget, and scorecard priorities — they can also be used in combination across a programme portfolio.
Each learner's journey is recorded from enrolment through completion: attendance, progress against the programme, stipend payments, and post-programme outcomes where they can be confirmed. Tracking runs through managed records with defined ownership rather than ad-hoc spreadsheets, and sponsors receive structured reports on a regular cycle. Outcome figures, including absorption into employment, are reported as recorded — we flag where data is incomplete rather than estimating it, because verified outcomes are the only outcomes that hold at verification.
