Our clients come back each year, a testament to how well we run their projects. - **No required absorption target missed** on any YES project we have ever run. - About **30%** of our YES youth absorbed overall, reported as recorded. Disclaimer: many of these are one-year contracts. YES only accepts permanent contracts, but even on that metric we exceed the minimum needed. - Our single largest project in 2026 is for **250 YES youth**, with about 60 learnership seats also in delivery. We have run projects of up to **400 youth** in one project. - Client reference letters are available on request. ## What we handle ### 1. Set-up and registration - Project plan with milestones, headcount and deadlines tied to your financial year-end - YES portal registration, invoicing and CEO Pledge - Host placement agreements and placement schedules ### 2. Recruitment and onboarding - Sourcing and vetting youth for YES eligibility before any contract is signed, including age and previous YES participation, with interviews for role fit - Certified ID, unemployment affidavit, CV and consent to process personal information - Three-party fixed-term contract between youth, host and employer - Employment equity declaration (EEA1), SARS tax number letter, bank confirmation and any documents you require - YES onboarding sessions and supervisor inductions arranged and attended ### 3. The 12 months - Host management: site visits, communication and query handling, so the work experience is real - Monthly payroll, payslips and payroll reports, including Employment Tax Incentive reporting - HR: leave, grievances, disciplinaries, absconding and youth wellness support - Attendance registers collected and checked every month - YES learning modules tracked through to completion - Drop-offs replaced within the one-month window at no extra fee, with the YES replacement rules applied - Monthly progress reports for you and your consultant ### 4. Verification and absorption - Verification pack built from day one, checked for quality and handed to your consultant - Absorption planned from the start, with evidence collected and recorded on the YES portal - Documents, answers and youth interviews arranged for the verification agency - Support for your consultant until verification is complete ## Where youth are placed Youth can work in your own operations, with host small businesses and NPOs, or a mix of both. Our main base is in Randburg, Gauteng, with a training centre in Brits, North West. We also deliver in George in the Western Cape, and through partners in KwaZulu-Natal and Limpopo. ## What stays with you You decide the industries, the communities and how many youth to sponsor. To scope a project we need four things: your headcount, your financial year-end, your current B-BBEE level and your consultant's contact details. ## A note on B-BBEE recognition The level-up is confirmed by your verification agency, not by us. It depends on your scorecard, your target and the evidence. What we commit to is a project designed to meet the target and a file that stands up at verification. Wages, employment costs and YES registration fees are additional.
