Mogapi Africa has launched a new training site in Brits, North West Province, offering accredited training, workplace experience, and cooperative-driven pathways for sustainable youth empowerment.
## Expanding Boundless Opportunities: Mogapi Africa Opens Training Site in Brits At Mogapi Africa, we believe compliance-first youth programmes can open doors to truly boundless opportunities. With every new training site, we extend our reach into communities where opportunities are needed most. On 1 March 2025, we proudly launched a new training site in **Brits, North West Province** – a milestone that shows how far our impact stretches, including into rural areas often overlooked for development. ### Training That Reaches Every Corner The Brits project is proof that high-quality, accredited training does not have to be limited to urban centres. Every learner at the site has successfully completed their theoretical training, and they are now gaining valuable workplace experience with local host organisations. By operating in rural areas, Mogapi Africa ensures that no community is left behind in South Africa’s skills development journey. > When youth receive accredited training close to home, they not only build futures for themselves but also strengthen the communities around them. ## Zero Drop-Offs – 100% Commitment A remarkable highlight of the Brits project is that **not a single learner has dropped off** since training began. This speaks to the commitment of the learners, the strong structures we put in place, and the continuous support offered throughout their learning journey. Our compliance-driven approach ensures that every aspect of the programme is delivered with precision, transparency, and accountability. ## Cooperative Power for Sustainable Growth Every learner in the Brits project is part of a cooperative, giving them a secure foundation for long-term growth. Cooperatives create a pathway for learners to pool resources, collaborate, and secure future contracts beyond their initial training. This model is central to our vision of **Boundless opportunities**, as it enables collective empowerment that lasts far beyond the duration of a single project. >We are not just learning theory — we are building skills we can use to earn an income, fix problems in our communities, and even start our own businesses. - a learner on the program ## From Learners to Entrepreneurs Some of our learners have already taken bold steps forward – starting their own businesses while still completing their workplace experience. This entrepreneurial spirit reflects exactly what Mogapi Africa stands for: nurturing talent, enabling compliance, and creating pathways for sustainable employment and enterprise. > After learning how to use DTF printers as part of the digital printing stream, Dimpho took a bold step forward — she launched her own T-shirt design and printing business called Dimples. With support from the programme mentors and access to the right equipment during training, Dimpho is not only supporting herself financially but also inspiring other youth in her community to pursue similar paths. ## The Bigger Picture The Brits training site adds to Mogapi Africa’s proven track record of managing successful, compliant, and impactful projects across South Africa. With each project, we not only ensure easy B-BBEE verification for corporate partners but also deliver measurable outcomes: workplace readiness, youth absorption, and community upliftment. --- ## Call to Action **Partner with Mogapi Africa for compliance-first youth programmes that create real, lasting impact.
